Our names are Laura, Andrea and Susie – the young proprietors of the restaurant on the main square of the medieval town called "Balcony of the Romagna province".
You have the pleasurable choice of lunching or dining on our covered terrace with magnificent views of the hills as far as the Adriatic sea, or inside the restaurant beneath its impressive authentic 16th century wooden coffered ceiling.
Our menus offer a wide-ranging choice of dishes - from meat through vegetarian to macrobiotic. Changing recipes reflect the originality of our creative cuisine : from dishes such as Panzarotti egg pasta half-moons stuffed with Zibello ham and served with crunchy artichokes, Gnocchetti of potato and poppy seeds with a cream of Squaquerone cheese and a saba wine reduction, crisp tagliolini pasta ribbons served with celery on circle of lamb ragoût sauce, sliced beef fillet accompanied by a zabaione flavoured with black truffle, medaillons of venison with Albana wine and Fossa cheese sauce ; to the hand-made classics of ‘Romagnola’ cooking - the cappelletti, passatelli, strozzapreti pastas, and grilled meats.
Particular mention should be made of our flame-cooked fillet specialities, which are prepared in front of our customers, at their table, according to the finest culinary methods, thus uniting the exquisite taste of a classic meat delicacy with the elegance of its preparation.
