We pay great attention to the territory, and to each season's colours, flavours and ingredients - to give you an example, in Autumn we offer a vast selection of mushrooms and truffles ... a carefully made Fossa cheese fondue wrapped in mountain ham and served with black truffled and a brioche bread,or a warm salad of finferli mushrooms with flakes of Parmesan, ravioli of porcini mushrooms, or oven parcels of tagliolini pasta with white truffles ... and so on.

Our cellar comprises some 150 labels and thus offers you the widest choice of wines, from local to national names : from the young, refreshing and light flavours to prestigious and older wines of a more robust taste and character.
